Thanks to the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 dropping in price rumours of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 are on the up. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has sold well, however Verizon have now dropped the device to half price if you take out a new account with them. Amazon is offering the handset for $189.99.
Of course devices are often in sales when they are nearing their life expectancy. But this cannot be said of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, due to the fact that the handset was revealed just months ago.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is said to have a display of 6.3 inches and it could have the 8 core processor. This would be some step up if it was true and it would set the mark for competitors to reach.
The eight core Exynos Octa processor was shown off at the CES. This happens to be a pair of quad cores that work together. One set can be used when owners want to reduce the stress on the battery and if they are not doing anything that requires more processing power. The other four could then be turned on when they are needed.
There is also a rumour going around that the device will have a battery that has been increased by 70%. At the moment there is no word on price or when it might be on the shelves.
It is thought that it will be revealed at the MWC in February of this year. Isn?t it exciting?
