Character Approval Not Working?

I had checked, double checked, and triple checked this.

In my roleplays, there will be a character that needs approval. I will click approve.

The prompt will then be if I am sure I want to approve this character. I will click yes.

The site then informs me that I did not approve the character; the creator will be able to edit it until I wish to review it again.

I've gone back and done this a few times, with multiple pending characters in multiple roleplays. I have stared very long and hard at "approve" and "yes" before clicking them - the results still have not changed.

Hitting reject at the get-go, or hitting "no" on the second screen works as intended. The choices don't seem to be flip-flopped.

This seems like something that other users would have mentioned if it was happening to them. Has anyone else had this problem?
